Payment Arrangements:
I understand that if I do not have a payment arrangement established, we highly recommend calling to set one up.
Payments:
Please allow 2 business days for payments to reflect on your account. By paying online, I understand that pending legal action is subject to a continuance and could take up to 60 days to release or dismiss. I understand that there will be up to a $5.00 processing fee for all credit card and ACH payments. This fee can be avoided by sending in check, cashiers check, money order or cash to 804 Moorefield Park Drive, Suite 200, Richmond, VA 23236.

I understand that Gilliam & Mikula, PLLC is a debt collector and that this is an attempt to collect a debt. Any information obtained will be used for that purpose.
