If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled payment, you must do so 24 hours prior to the date the payment is due to process by calling 1-800-580-8887. Refunds on payments not cancelled with proper notification will take 7-10 business days to be reflected back to your method of payment.

Universal Fidelity LP does not charge any credit card processing fees to the consumer. Please refer to your credit card agreement for important disclosures.
